Current members of the 4031 Board of directors are: Sean McKay, Becky McKay, Mike Pearl, and Jeff Zurcher.

"Isaiah 40:31 has been a life verse for me and the McKay family, and 4031 Ministries is named after that verse. Its on our home entryway, on our walls, on our license plates, on our clothing, etc. The first time I heard that verse was in 1988 at a basketball camp I attended yearly at Cincinnati Bible College. The head coach at the time took time everyday to have time in the Bible and a devotion to all the players. It was then I realized the strength and power we receive when we wait and hope in the Lord. I also realized the power of a good devotion and time with the Lord. The vision of passing this on and making sure others understand that hope and strength started to become a dream years ago. We wanted to take the game of basketball and not just train to be a great player on the court but to train and equip young men and women off the court. We want to be used by God to advance the Kingdom in a world that puts way too much hope in the wrong things—we want to train and teach how to reject passivity, Engage with God, accept responsibility, and ultimately lead courageously. This is what I strive to do everyday as a REAL man and we want to multiply that—we want to compete that way and live that way on and off the court. Hence 4031 Ministries kicks off as we know we will all stumble and grow weary, but God continues to be On the MOVE.” – Sean McKay, 4031 Ministries Co-Founder
